Issued by the Food Safety Department, Registration and Permits Section, certifying compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements for water tank cleaning in the Emirate of Dubai.
Permit and licence details go in full to any building manager, landlord or owners’ association that asks.
Certificate of Appreciation — Safe Water for a Healthy Community

This permit covers water tank cleaning in the Emirate of Dubai. Our other services are carried out under our commercial licence, to the same standard.

start to finish.
A duct you cannot see into is something you would otherwise have to take on trust. We would rather simply show you.
The report is yours to keep. Same angle, same position, before and after. Over a few years it becomes something more useful than a receipt — a record of whether your system is getting better or worse.

Removed, not wiped in place.

The price follows the property
Units, access, and how much there is to do. That is what moves a number, and it is what the inspection establishes — so the figure you are given is the figure you pay.
We describe what we find
We can show you what came out of your system and what it looks like now. What that does for anyone’s health is not something we can promise, so we do not.
Our own photography
Every photograph presented as evidence of a job — every duct, tray, coil and tank — was taken by our own team inside a real UAE property. Where an image illustrates rather than proves, it is labelled as such.

Who actually comes to my home?
Our own technicians, in our own uniform, in a vehicle with our name on it. Every technician on site is employed and trained by us.
How long have you been doing this?
Since 2016, in the UAE, starting with the two services that are still our main ones: AC duct cleaning and water tank cleaning.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry business insurance covering third-party liability and property damage for work in customer properties. A certificate of insurance is available on request — ask and we will send it before the visit.
Can I speak to a previous customer?
In most areas, yes — we can put you in touch with someone nearby who has had the same job done. Our 286 Google reviews are a faster answer, and they are not ours to edit.
